TECHNICAL SUPPORT OPERATOR
Job Description
- Provide reception for incoming telephone calls
- Log customer information in computer-based Help Desk system
- Forward support cases to appropriate Technical Support Specialist
- Provide secretarial services as needed
- This is an entry-level position with advancement opportunities
Requirements
- Two-year accounting or retail management degree, or equivalent experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.)
Special consideration will be given to candidates with the following skills
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) software
- Multi-lingual abilities: English and Spanish
