TECHNICAL SUPPORT OPERATOR

Job Description
  • Provide reception for incoming telephone calls
  • Log customer information in computer-based Help Desk system
  • Forward support cases to appropriate Technical Support Specialist
  • Provide secretarial services as needed
  • This is an entry-level position with advancement opportunities

Requirements

  • Two-year accounting or retail management degree, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.)

Special consideration will be given to candidates with the following skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) software
  • Multi-lingual abilities: English and Spanish
