• Provide on-site and telephone consulting services to customers on hardware and networking topics related to our software solutions
• Install and configure business software on Microsoft servers and client workstations (Windows XP, 2000 and 2003)
• Provide database administrator consulting services on Microsoft SQL Server
• Provide consulting services for installation of software solutions in a Terminal Server or a Citrix environment
• Work with hardware peripherals for the retail industry (receipt printers, cash drawers, pole displays, bar code scanners, etc.)

Requirements

• Must be able and willing to travel extensively throughout North America, with some international travel also required
• Must possess strong analytical, organizational and presentation skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows 2003 Server, Terminal Server, SQL Server, etc.)

Special consideration will be given to candidates with the following skills

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) software
• Experience with hardware peripherals or software systems for the retail industry
• Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) designation
