Levels of Participation
Three levels of participation have been designed to allow your partner organization
to choose the one most aligned with your business focus: Referal, Associate and
Premier.
Benefits
All levels of participation provide partners with tangible benefits. A few of these

Referral
- Authorized to refer customers to Compass for all product lines.
- NFR (not-for-resale) Compass software modules for in-house use.*
- No Partner Fees
- Receive commission on Compass sales (software license only) when registering the
referral lead online.
- Sales Team support and collaboration for all referral leads.
- Reduced rate for per-incident technical support
Associate
- Authorized to resell the following Compass product lines: Matrix Inventory, Bar
Code Price Tags, Inventory Cross Reference, Intercompany Balancing, Stock Count
Import and RSVP.
- NFR (not-for-resale) Compass software modules for in-house use.*
- Ability to use Compass "Associate Authorized Partner" logo in web site and marketing
materials.
- Receive leads in your geographic area from the Compass sales and marketing teams
when a prospective customer indicates interest in any of the above products.
- Sales Team support and collaboration
- Receive commission on both Compass software licenses and service plan revenue.
- Automatically receive commission checks from Compass when a partner's customer makes
an online or direct software license purchase from Compass. Commission percentage
is the same whether the partner or the customer places an order with Compass.
- Unlimited technical support for the above products.
Premier
- Authorized to resell all Compass product lines.
- NFR (not-for-resale) Compass software modules for in-house use.*
- Ability to use Compass "Premier Authorized Partner" logo in web site and marketing
materials.
- Receive leads in your geographic area from the Compass sales and marketing teams
regardless of whether a prospect is interested in Compass products or general business
systems.
- Sales Team support and collaboration
- Receive our highest commission on both Compass software licenses and service plan
revenue.
- Automatically receive commission checks from Compass when a partner's customer makes
an online or direct software license purchase from Compass. Commission percentage
is the same whether the partner or the customer places an order with Compass.
- Unlimited technical support for all Compass products.
*Selected Compass products only.
Requirements
All levels of participation require partners to be a Microsoft Certified Partner
and authorized to sell Microsoft Dynamics GP.
Referral
